Akaash is an ambitious and entrepreneurial young professional with a passion for real estate investment and construction. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor degree from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, Akaash specializes in the purchase and sale of investment and development properties including presales, rental properties, multifamily apartments, and lots suitable for single family home builders.

Since purchasing his first investment property at the age of 23, Akaash has been actively buying and selling investment properties throughout the Lower Mainland and Interior BC over the past 6 years. His areas of focus include finding properties producing positive cash flow and properties in overlooked cities with significant growth potential.

Akaash is also the Co-Owner & Project Manager of a general contracting business with his brother, Rohit, called Bali Brothers Construction Ltd. Their business specializes in renovations and building custom homes. He is currently involved with various clients in renovations of all sizes, including bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as full house renovations. His growing knowledge of construction processes gives him the ability to guide his clients when purchasing or selling real estate.

Outside of work, Akaash runs a non-profit organization called Young Investor Program Canada, which teaches high school students and adults the importance of learning about financial literacy.
